Product Warranty
Watch Zone will service every brand name watch sold on our website for a period of 1 to 2 years after purchase. Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program. Our warranty does not cover “external damage” to the product.
What’s Not Covered
The Watch Zone warranty does not cover any damage resulting from, water/moisture damage. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet/band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch. Damage that occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party, nulls and voids the warranty from Watch Zone. This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions that exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.
- External wear-and-tear from normal daily use.
- External damage to the product. Any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch
- Defects caused by an outside force, improper use, or ANY such incidental damages which occur by dropping or banging the timepiece.
- Any lost/missing stones or gems on the outer portion of the watch or watch face
- Outside modifications and third-party repair attempts void the warranty
- Any damage if used under conditions that exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.
- Watches that are labeled as water-resistant feature a screw-down crown. The crown must be screwed down properly at all times to keep the watch casing from receiving water damage inside the stem. Water damage is not covered under warranty by Watch Zone or any manufacturer.
Exchange Policy:
We understand that preferences can change, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to exchange the watch you received, please follow the guidelines below:
Eligibility for Exchange:
Exchanges are only applicable for watches that have been delivered.
The watch must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
If you unwrap the poly of the chain and shorten it, the watch Will be ineligible for exchange.
For Leather Belt Watches: If you wear the watch for 1 day, it will be ineligible for exchange.
Exchange Request Timeline:
Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery for orders inside of Dhaka, and 10 days for orders Outside of Dhaka.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
How to Initiate an Exchange:

Provide your order number, details of the watch you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
Confirmation and Return Instructions:
Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive confirmation along with instructions on how to return the original watch.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend Pathao, Redx, SA & Sundarban Courier shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
Inspection and Approval:
Upon receiving the returned watch, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
If the watch passes inspection, we will process the exchange.
Exchange Options:
You can choose a different watch of equal or Higher value.
If the new watch has a higher value, you will need to cover the additional cost.
Finalizing the Exchange:
The exchange process will be finalized once the new watch is dispatched.

Return Policy:
Eligibility for Return:
1. Returns are applicable only while the delivery is still in progress.
2. Returns aren't acceptable after completing the delivery. (Only Exchange Available)
3. The watch must remain in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Requesting a Return:
1. If you decide to return the watch while the delivery is ongoing, contact our customer service team immediately.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

2. The Watch Dial size doesn't match the specifications provided.
